Virtual bookkeeping works just like traditional bookkeeping, but everything is done online—no need for in-person meetings or stacks of paperwork! At SJA Books, I use secure cloud-based software, QuickBooks Online, to manage your finances. You’ll connect your bank accounts and upload any necessary documents, and I’ll handle the rest—categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping your books up-to-date.

I don’t file taxes, but I make sure your books are perfectly prepared for your accountant or CPA. My job is to keep everything organized, accurate, and up-to-date so that when it’s time to file, your CPA has everything they need to make the process smooth and stress-free. With clean, well-prepared books, filing your taxes becomes easy peasy—saving you time, hassle, and potentially even money!
